Partner Network
A GC and an electrician on the same build need to agree on what's done — not on what anybody charged. Owlsight lets companies share a project and nothing else.
The rule
It would be easy to promise this and enforce it with a filter — and filters get bypassed by the next person in a hurry. So the shared database has no amount column, no cost column, no rate, no hours, no invoice link. Nothing can leak across the boundary because there is nowhere on the other side to put it.
How it works
The company that creates the project is the host and sends the invites. An invite alone shares nothing — the invited company sees the project in their list and no more until they accept. Add as many companies as the job needs.
A directory of Owlsight companies, filtered by trade and distance. Opt in and you're findable; stay out and you're invisible.
Find the electricians near you who are actually on the network.
You set the radius. Default 120 miles, because a partner four hours away is not a partner.
Not listed means nobody can find you or invite you. Discovery only works when it's mutual.
The Partner Network module is available on every licence. The value of it grows with every company that joins.
