Accessibility Statement

Our aim

We build toward WCAG 2.1 Level AA. That means keyboard access, real focus states, honest color contrast, alternative text on meaningful images, and animation that stops when your operating system says you want it to.

What we actually do

• Every decorative animation on this site respects prefers-reduced-motion. Turn it off in your OS and it turns off here.
• Diagrams carry a text description, so a screen reader gets the meaning rather than a list of shapes.
• Loading states announce themselves to assistive technology instead of only spinning.
• Forms have real labels.

Where we're not there yet

We'd rather say this than claim a conformance we haven't audited. We have not completed a full third-party accessibility audit. Parts of the CRM — dense tables, the workflow canvas — are harder to use with a screen reader than they should be, and we know it.
